City of Buhl, Idaho Est. Buhl is the home of Buhl High School Indians, Buhl Middle School Raiders and Popplewell Elementary School Indians. Buhl has an annual Sagebrush Celebration on the 4th of July which is coordinated by the Buhl Chamber of Commerce with a fun run, parade and activities in the city park. The event is concluded by a wonderful fireworks show funded by the city.
